Why you need a cancellation policy as a hairstylist or salon

Like anything, being a business owner has days that are both sweet AND sour.

I could definitely do without the sour days, like when I have the uncomfortable conversation with a client about our cancellation policy, but I know that I can’t enjoy the sweet without experiencing the sour. I wouldn’t trade it for the world!
