Try this one thing and I believe it will make you healthier than you’ve ever been AND for the rest of your life!

Acupuncture acupuncture acupuncture! I’ve been doing it consistently for 5 years and holy moly has it changed my life!
 
I first started it because my insomnia was making me nuts and I knew I needed better sleep to run my business and live an overall healthier life. I used to sleep about 4 hours a night and I would wake up in the middle of the night for 1-2 hours constantly!  I knew I had to do something about it and was willing to try just about anything to GET GOOD SLEEP! A client of mine recommended that I try acupuncture because it was helping her with her bad allergies and she knew it could help me with my sleeping issues.
 
 
After the first treatment, I got the best nights sleep that I had gotten in a looong time. Well, I was hooked! Then, as I kept going back to Cherlyn at Tribalance, I asked her what else I could improve on.
 
We worked on my diet (no more dairy!) and I realized how many things I was doing that was affecting my health and sleep negatively. I switched from 6 cups of coffee (eek!) a day to tea. I’ve now switched back to coffee because I love it so much, but I only have 3 cups a day and never any after 2:00pm.
 
Cherlyn taught me how to eat seasonally, and how to eat to help balance my hormones in my body, which pretty much eliminates any PMS.
Yay!!!
 
If I ever have pain in my wrist, hand, hip or anywhere else she does a treatment to adjust and alleviate any discomfort. Which has worked fabulously for me!
 
I have many herbs from her that she’s recommended to help keep my body healthy and my skin glowing. Probiotic, hair and skin herbs, herbs for a cold or allergies if I’m starting to feel that either are coming on.
 
Lately I’ve been getting treatments for overall balance and calmness. Which really helps me feel present and have very collected thoughts during my wild days of running my business. Needless to say, I believe strongly in being proactive in regards to my health and the overall benefits of acupuncture!
